The Peace School has decades of experience in bringing workshops to businesses and corporations that are professional, practical and fun.

Whether it’s a short lunchtime break or a full seminar, participants come away feeling refreshed and focused.

Meditation has become increasingly popular in the corporate world for benefits such as increased productivity and improved office morale. Peace Breathing, our meditation method, is based on scientific principles and is not affiliated with a religion.

Our workshops can focus on specific stress management tools for the workday, including “moving meditation” and simple stretches at your desk. We can conduct a class in Peace Yoga for the Workplace (no change of clothing required) or teach you how to massage your hands after hours at the keyboard. We can lead an interactive self-defense class. We’re good at tailoring our workshops to suit your needs.
