There is nothing quite like the sense of well-being that Peace Yoga brings. Experience deep harmony and the flow of rejuvenating energy as you stretch, breathe and relax.

Peace Yoga is rooted in the ancient Far East. Its power comes from becoming attuned to your inner self. Rather than pushing your body to the max, Peace Yoga helps you learn to calm your mind and listen to your body, allowing you to develop flexibility and strength at your own unique pace.

Three levels of Peace Yoga are taught at The Peace School and online options are available. At any level, you will walk away feeling calmer, more agile and exceptionally refreshed. 

Peace Yoga classes are also available in suburban Arlington Heights, Lincolnwood, Oak Lawn and Skokie. Contact the Park Districts to register.
