The Call to Peace is a call and response that sends out our wishes, thoughts and prayers for peace in each country of the world and in each U.S. state. Our special guests this month, Robert Karr, Jr. and Kate Winston, will share a presentation about the unique sculpture and symbol of peace, SKYLANDING, located in the Garden of the Phoenix on the Wooded Island in Jackson Park. Designed by Yoko Ono and gifted to Chicago, SKYLANDING invites visitors to enter the center of the lotus and reflect on peace. Join us to learn more about this outstanding public art installation!
